Sorcerer is very versatile due to the array of behaviors that it adds to your HTML tables, and can be used to great effect in custom interfaces and several use cases.
Emulation
Sorcerer can also be used as a visual emulator for multiple Range Slider, Attribute Queue and Attribute Selector behaviors, in the form of display or input interfaces.
Range Slider (Resizable): Subdivision of an act. In this case the different parts (and their respective time amounts) of painting a portrait on a canvas.

Attribute Queue (Movable): Prioritizing certain things. In this case the priority of everyday actions is their order in the queue.

Even a Selector (Collapsable): Would allow you to choose among certain things by collapsing or expanding among a selection of columns 'emulating' options.
With all of the above it's now easy to imagine how these could later be combined to create some fun and compact custom interfaces.
Automation? What do you mean 'I'm not a real boy'?!
SoRCerer can enhance the columns with all of the aforementioned and presented features and they in turn can then be used, not just through manual interaction, but also procedurally through Public API methods. As a developer, this can be used in several interfaces of your choosing. Be it through giving a command form for a user to act on a table's behavior, or by showing the user a current state imparted on the table (through procedurally running these commands yourself).
A simple interface example which uses the plugin to display a more visual representation of some received data (possibly from a variable, another plugin or back-end), along with a custom tool to perform simple layout manipulation method calls.
